Glasgow City Council is currently conducting a consultation on the Greater Easterhouse Strategic Development Framework, which affects our community. The council is seeking valuable feedback from residents, and the deadline for submissions is 05 February 2024.

There are 3 face-to-face drop-in sessions scheduled for:

➡️25 January (1.30pm – 4.00pm) at The Studio @ Platform in Easterhouse
➡️29 January (1.00pm – 3.30pm) at GESH Community Centre in Garthamlock
➡️1 February (10.30am – 1.00pm) at The Studio @ Platform in Easterhouse

The Greater Easterhouse Strategic Development Framework is a tailored plan addressing the long-term development of our area and creates guidance for when assessing planning applications.

It outlines:

➡️the vision and priorities for the Greater Easterhouse Area.
➡️proposals for the use and development of land throughout the area.
➡️challenges and opportunities related to housing, transportation, the local economy, and the environment and much more…
