Through the community survey, you told us that you’d like a semi-formal, social green space with life and colour.

We understood that inclusivity was important to you and that providing a place for everyone should be at the forefront of the design. We felt a strong sense from participants, that a sense of place and identity was missing, and that this could be created through artwork, signage and colour.

These community priorities have been pulled together in a zoning plan which will help guide our fundraising and development efforts as we look to create a new welcoming space for Craigend.

This work has been supported by the Vacant and Derelict Land Fund in partnership with GCGCC and Seven Lochs Wetland Park along with all the local residents who have given their time to help shape this vision.
